Lisa was raised in Montana, and after many years away, returned to Missoula in 2013. She is passionate about creating a foundation for wellness that aligns people with their purpose- because you’re far more likely to do great things when you feel great. Lisa founded BodyMind Balance to address the necessity of healing on multiple levels- physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
As a Holistic Health Coach, Lisa supports clients in creating lasting wellness. She identifies profound, but realistic, goals and action steps to reflect the bio-individuality of each client. No two people- and no two health journeys- are ever the same. Lisa designs and implements comprehensive health transformation programs based on goals set by your entire health team. Typically, it’s not difficulty in identifying what to do that keeps people from finding health- it’s figuring out how to achieve those goals and maintain success. Lisa’s warm, intuitive, tell-it-like-it-is style enables her to hold clients accountable while keeping the process meaningful and enjoyable.
Lisa incorporated BodyTalk into her practice for its incredible capacity to holistically find and address the root cause of illness, imbalance, and chronic disease.
